"There is nothing right or wrong, but thinking makes it so" said Shakespeare. If what he quoted is true then why is there so much fuss about what is right and what is wrong. Is it because that we all think different? Is it because we are all from different backgrounds?
Then who decides how we should think. Or what factors go into the judgement?
Some of you would say that is a debatable question, a few others would say its a rhetorical question.
But the fact is there is no correct answer to it.
Its so ironical that I am trying to find a right answer to something about right and wrong.
All of us have been brought up with certain norms in our lives. Our culture, our parents, our society, everything has together set the norm. Does that mean we are trapped to think in a certain way? Then why is that two people brought up in the same household still think differently?
Very simple. The ironic answer is everyone is unique just like everyone else. Every small happenings in our lives goes into the kind of person we are and hence affecting our thought process.
We are used to see things in Black or white, i.e judging things on what is right and what is wrong.
What about all the shades of grey in between? the law also looks into the various factors that has affected the action. Then why not us?
What is right for me may not be so for you. what i did today might be still fine for this day's situation but not for something a few days later. So what is important is analysis which we fail to do. More often because we lack the patience to look into the matter in hand and also confuse with a lot of other things in our minds.
So, what can we do about it? We can train our minds to think systematically, think strategically, think sensibly where ever necessary, on matters very important, especially while taking decisions. That way we might be right or wrong, but atleast we know we had given a bit of our time and not think later.
If you have had the patience to read through this post, then pat yourself for you do have some patience and have a strong thought process!!!

Hey akka!! You seem to have a lot of patience to have such a train of thought in the first place. :) Anyway, looks, personalities, uniqueness, likes, dislikes, right, wrong etc. Its all on such a gross level. The subtler you go, you'll see we're all one. On a grand scale, all this becomes so insignificant. :) I'll stop right here. I'm entering territory where I'm not really an expert. ;)
